The San Jose Earthquakes have had 3 logos in the past 18 years. Their first logo was a red scorpion with the word "Clash" in between it's claws.
The second logo was a rounded triangular shaped badge. They chose a triangle because the 3 points represented the 3 largest communities of the Bay Area. The badge was dark blue, but in the middle there was a soccer ball representing the rising sun. At the top it says "San Jose" and on the bottom it says "Earthquakes".
Their 3rd badge is the same as their 2nd but with a sky-blue color for the middle.
